Kevin A. Moyer

Senior Advisor and Managing Principal

Kevin A. Moyer, founder of KAM Asset Management (est. 2010), brings over 35 years of real estate experience. Before founding KAM, he served as Vice President at Silverpeak Real Estate Partners (formerly Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity Funds), managing premier joint-venture investments across multiple high-end asset classes. Previously, as VP of Asset Management at Jupiter Realty Corporation, he led a team overseeing $1.2 billion in commercial real estate, including a 14,000-unit multifamily portfolio across eight states. His 14-year tenure at GE Capital included leadership roles in audit, portfolio, and asset management within the real estate division. Mr. Moyer holds a B.A. from Bowling Green State University and has participated as Managing Member/General Partner in multifamily investments totaling over $20 million in LP and GP positions.

Logan Rutledge

Managing Principal

Mr. Rutledge has over 20 years of experience in property management and real estate investing across multiple states, including commercial, multifamily, single-family rentals (SFR), and manufactured housing. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mississippi and a Master’s in Sustainable Real Estate Development from Tulane University. Specializing in identifying and acquiring properties with untapped potential, he implements value-add strategies through creative financing, structural renovations, and aesthetic improvements to boost both equity and cash flow. Mr. Rutledge personally manages a portfolio exceeding $20 million in assets and maintains GP, LP, and Asset Management positions in multifamily properties throughout Mississippi and Texas.

Daniel Carlucci

Managing Principal

Daniel Carlucci has over 25 years of real estate investing experience, actively acquiring and managing multifamily properties in California, Oregon, South Carolina, and Texas. He is highly skilled in acquisition, finance, and due diligence, as well as hands-on property operations both on-site and remotely. Known for his research-driven and intuitive investment approach, Mr. Carlucci consistently identifies opportunities in high-growth markets, especially during uncertain conditions. His management expertise includes rent collections, maintenance coordination, and repositioning communities to maximize value. Through meticulous attention to detail, he achieved rent increases of 5% to 45% per unit on turns by maintaining some of the most competitive units in his markets.
